Edmonds Daybreakers

Founded in 1996, the Rotary Club of Edmonds Daybreakers is an organization of local community and business leaders focused making a difference by serving the the citizens of our city and the world. Our primary avenues of service include:

• Community Service

• International Service

• Vocational Service

You see Daybreakers everyday around Edmonds in their shops, offices, homes and community centers. In addtion, you can often see us volunteering om many local service projects from helping stock and sort food at the food bank to mentoring students at our local schools to cleaning litter from our roads.

We encourage you to join us for a breakfast meeting, at any one of our events, or contact us with any questions you may have.

Keyboard Recital

Our club was treated to a keyboard/piano recital by two young Edmonds children, Stephanie and Sawyer Wachter. Accompanied by their mother, Ms. Jenny Wachter, the children preformed for our club in appreciation of the help we provided by finding an 'anonymous' donor who paid for piano lessons for the children during the month of August. The children, who have been taking piano lessons for about 2 years, did a wonderful and highly professional job. It was a great pleasure to have all three of the Wachter's at our meeting. We once again proved that 'supporting youth' is one of the primary goals of our club.
