Tom Russell Accepts ABA Appointment To Moldova

Russell was recently honored with an appointment by the American Bar
Association to be their volunteer Legal Specialist assigned to Moldova, a
former member of the USSR and one of the poorest countries in Europe. During his 6 to 7 months of service in Moldova Tom will be assisting
with improvement efforts for judges and lawyers throughout the country.
We congratulate Tom
on this honorable appointment and wish him and his family the best for their
travels and a safe return home.
